Heavy Duty Custom Road Cases

We supply heavy duty road cases for the Nord Electro, Korg CX-3, Hammond XK-2, Clavinet, Wurlitzer electric piano, or any other keyboard made, vintage or modern. This is a custom case with beefy construction and durability.

These heavy duty cases feature 1/4" plywood construction covered in tough Vinyl laminate. All edges are bound with medium gauge aluminum and heavy duty riveted throughout. The case interior is lined with 1/2" or 3/4" foam. Latch hardware is rotating cam actuated and recessed into the case profile where they can't be snapped off by overzealous roadies or careless baggage handlers. The lid uses a single full width heavy duty piano style hinge and the case features flat steel corner hardware. Closure is held rigid using aluminum tongue-in-groove construction for a secure fit and a closure that is absolutely clean.

This case is far tougher, more protective, and more durable than any plastic case on the market today.

The view to the right shows the recessed latch hardware and the lower case edge binding grooved for a tongue-in-groove fit.
